Earlier I wrote that Democrats didn’t actually want any kind of immigration reform. Whenever the politicians pretend to care, all that most of them are doing is virtue signaling. Not only is this evident by the total inaction of the Biden Administration and the Democrat majorities in both the House and Senate, but now it’s further demonstrated by an ignorant and wildly offensive gaffe from the First Lady and her team. In a prepared speech, Jill Biden made note that the Latino community is as “unique as the breakfast tacos here in San Antonio."

After the backlash that predictably comes from comparing Hispanic people to Tacos, the First Lady’s team left an impersonal apology stating the first lady didn’t mean to be offensive.

Obviously, Jill Biden didn’t mean to be offensive. The problem is that they are ignorant and totally estranged from the people with whom they claim solidarity.

This problem is not unique for Democrats. Although African-American Democrats have a larger caucus than Hispanic Democrats, the leaders and most operatives in the Democratic party are overwhelmingly Caucasian, outrageously wealthy, and completely out of touch with the problems and challenges in predominantly African-American communities.

Instead of addressing the rampant crime that prevents investment in their communities, Democrats would rather tell the narrative that Republicans would take away their welfare and food stamp benefits.

Instead of addressing the epidemic of broken households and fatherless families, Democrats would rather push abortion and birth control on young mothers and irresponsible fathers, sacrificing half of every African-American generation on the altar of political convenience.

Instead of fixing inexcusably broken education systems that too often result in more drop-outs than high-school graduates, Democrats push to lower the standards of everyone’s education to make graduating easier. Instead of learning about biology, kids are learning about how two men can make a baby and how they should change their gender with the help of drugs.

Democrats don’t care about people. They care about politics.
