| About Kevin TracyKevin Tracy was born in Munster, Indiana on 22 February 1984, the oldest sibling in the Tracy household. After living in Calumet City, Illinois for a few years, the Tracy family moved further out into the suburbs in the town of Chesterton, IN and St. Patrick's Parish. It was here that the small-town values of faith, family, patriotism, service, and virtue began to shape Kevin Tracy's life.During his senior year at Chesterton High School, Kevin Tracy had planned on going to college to study 3D animation and design. However, the young man's path in life was completely altered following the terrorist attacks on September 11th, 2001 and before long, he was enlisted in the United States Air Force as an Operations Intelligence Analyst, following the footsteps of his grandfather, a pilot in the United States Army Air Corps in World War II. The military strengthened Tracy's values, improved upon his already admirable public speaking skills, and helped him realize his unique talents as both an analyst and a jack of all trades; a characteristic necessary of all analysts. Just as importantly, the US Air Force introduced Kevin Tracy to life long friends across the country and from all walks of life. These friends were the instigators behind the creation of both the KTracy.com blog and The MSPaint Comic; which would go on to play an enormous roll in Kevin Tracy's life in the years after the Air Force. Upon exiting the Air Force in 2005, Kevin Tracy had intended to travel to Arizona to resume his pre-9/11 life and study 3D animation and design at an innovative and elite design school. However, fate again would alter his plans as he was swooped up by an intelligence contractor and sent to work at the National Counterterrorism Center; which was still desperately trying to catch up with an enormous backlog of terrorist attacks. After undergoing a full-scope polygraph and an upgrade to his security clearance, Tracy became an integral part of the team in the outskirts of Washington, D.C., leading the efforts to catalog all terrorist attacks in India, including the Jammu and Kashmir region. His high quality work and attention to detail resulted in him working as an editor for all the analysts working in each Area of Responsibility. Working in and around Washington, D.C., Kevin Tracy became increasingly involved in politics and KTracy.com went from political parody to a hard hitting conservative advocacy blog. On the eve of the 2008 Iowa Caucuses, former-Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee credited Kevin Tracy and KTracy.com with making his dark horse candidacy possible at an international mixed media news conference. Unfortunately, the sensitive nature of his work made it difficult for Kevin Tracy to capitalize on the incredible momentum he and his website were experiencing. Realizing this and knowing that a college degree would become increasingly difficult to attain as time continued, Kevin Tracy left his position later that year, returned to Indiana, and became a full time student in the Purdue University network. In just three years of fast-paced learning, Kevin Tracy graduated with highest distinction at the top of his class with a perfect 4.0 GPA. His college papers and essays would later be made into a massive collection and sold in paperback as Sleepless Nights and Inner Musings: The Undergraduate Papers of a 4.0 Student. During this period, Kevin Tracy found time to manage grassroots efforts for a state-wide conservative political action committee, travel the country as a public speaker, run for public office, publish a comic book, and make a tremendous amount of progress on the first volume of his epic abstract masterpiece: The MSPaint Comic. After graduating from college, Kevin Tracy decided to stay around family and friends in Northwest Indiana, taking a job designing power plants at an engineering firm in Chicago. Ironically, after everything he has accomplished in the intelligence and political realms, it is a job that mostly utilizes the skills he learned when wanting to get into the 3D animation and design field. Since taking this position, Kevin Tracy has bought a beautiful house in northern Porter County and been engaged to a wonderful young woman named Krista Arvidson, who will literally be Mrs. KTracy on 22 June 2013. In June of 2012, Kevin Tracy officially retired the KTracy.com blog, choosing instead to use the site as a hub for his plethora of activities and endeavors. In the short term, it eliminated a distraction from The MSPaint Comic, his work as the Chairman of the Porter County Young Republicans, involvement in his parish, and wedding-marriage preparation. In 2013, Kevin Tracy plans to announce the creation of a new kind of news and opinion website, eliminating some of the systemic problems faced by KTracy.com in the past and hopefully raising a few new eyebrows along the way. | ||
